All our designers have broad experience and expertise in their field. Our task is to develop tools and fixtures quickly and cost-effectively. For example, we always try to limit the number of steps in the manufacturing process and to use the material as efficiently as possible. We make all our tools ourselves and that is a great help when we have to meet the short delivery times that are required today, especially for prototypes in the automotive industry.
We handle the following systems in CAD-CAM: SolidWorks, Tebis, AutoForm, and Catia v5.
how design works
After simulation, we start to design the tool that will form the sheet metal part. The tool is then secured in AutoForm before we start manufacturing.
