Quality control
Before the sheet metal parts and components leave the building, they always pass through the inspection department. The extent to which this takes place depends on what the client wants or what the process requires. But it is a matter of course for us that the process and inspection should work. Different customers have different requirements, and constantly undertaking process control and inspection prepares us for the most complex requirements and project types. Measurement gives us a clearer process and ensures that the customer gets the end result they are promised.

When the sheet metal part is finished, we always verify that the quality meets the requirements specifications. This is done in our inspection department using different types of measuring machines. The data is then compared with the task description and any deviations are reported against nominal CAD data. Throughout the production process, several different types of verification are also carried out to ensure that everything is correct.
