Jobro has extensive knowledge of tool design and production, which forms the basis for prototypes and pre-series in production run quality. This provides a fast and cost-effective transition to series production. The fact that we have everything under one roof makes us fast and flexible. It gives us a good overview and a better understanding of the material we will need to use while reducing lead times significantly.
how tool manufacturing works
We now start to manufacture the tool itself, which is first processed in our in-house milling machines. The machine mills out the surfaces we have designed in the design phase. Finally, we assemble the actual tool parts that are needed to produce the sheet metal parts the customer has requested.
